I always tell people when they are moving to a new town to google the local newspaper for top hair salons,or call a modeling agency and ask them who they use. Then I suggest they go there for a service, either a blow-out or manicure where they can observe . It's a good way to try someone and choose who they will ultimately go to. It gives you an opportunity to see the stylists skill, attitude and price beforehand.
